So we've been roadtesting the material at various shows around Sydney, seeing what works and what doesn't and getting ready to record early in 2024. New ensembles are always interesting; it takes a while for everybody to get used to each others foibles and every player has to smooth their own niche into the songs. This is especially true with Even/Odd since we incorporate quite a bit of improvisation into our sets. It's live without a net and can be quite daunting. Fortunately, we're all pretty seasoned veterans….
